How the system works..

Hamburg English, Customers and Trainers all have their own secure password protected access point into the system. Trainers can update their information monthly and can immediately see all the information they require. We can monitor training, initiate messages regarding status and customer requirements and complete general administration. Finally the customer can immediately obtain information regarding the training being completed. The Class administration system is also integrated with the "new participant placement test" and the "SMS cancel class systems" therefore creating a fully competent and efficient administration tool.
