Intensive English courses allow you to focus your training on a particular
English skill area or generally under intensive training conditions. We offer intensive English training in our
training rooms or at your company. Training plans are
created to meet your needs at the time of enquiry.
Our intensive training courses can be under an open or
fixed term arrangement and can be weekly or over one or
more days. Intensive courses are limited to 6 people per
course for specialized English, or 8 people per course for intensive general or business English.
 
English for Telephoning.
A concentrated look at English standard phrases and
methods for telephoning. Intensive practice by role-play
and when available by "live calling" where the
participant will be expected to make oversea telephone calls to
request and obtain information. Including telephone
techniques, helpful strategy and advice.
English for Customer Services.
A concentrated look at English standard phrases and
methods for customer services. Intensive practice by
role-play covering for example; asking for and giving information,
handling complaints and being polite, handling difficult situations. Also including
speaking clearly, helpful strategy and advice for improved
customer perception.

English for Email and Letter Writing.
Including for example; formal and informal approaches, learning how to address
people, starting and ending
written communications, structuring content, standard English phrase training
and being polite. This course is very
interactive and can include written material by the
student for checking, analysis and improvement.

English for Presentations.
This
English course is not only designed to build the English
vocabulary of the student, but also to improve student self
confidence and character in front of an English speaking audience. The course includes discussion about giving presentations in English, forming bullet points, summarizing, signposting as well as, audience interaction
and participation, handling questions, preparation and
delivery. This course is very
interactive and the student will be required to create
and give an English presentation using the information they have learnt. (student supplied presentations can also be integrated)
