Hamburg English offers online systems that can quickly
and efficiently locate where English is needed in a
company and can advise what level of English would be
beneficial in the "need area". Then with the use of our class placement test platform, we can test the
level of English actually present in the "need area". Following need location and testing, we can either offer suitable training courses
directly, or can
arrange for a suitably qualified school in your area to
complete the training for you; naturally subject to
availability. Of course, should you wish to use your current school or training organization for the training, we can offer just the need analysis and testing alone.
Basis of Testing. Fair and Proven.
Our needs analysis test includes over 8 years experience in
successfully testing the English level of worldwide based individuals
and company employees. Tests are delivered via the internet and automatically calculate the English
level of participants based upon their responses to
questions presented in both written and audio forms. The test covers understanding meaning in questions, conversations and descriptions including direct,
implied and suggested meaning. The test also covers the location of information in written texts and documents and naturally, English grammar and vocabulary knowledge. (please see our level placement test)
The Results
The results of need location and level testing are sent
to Hamburg English and also to your nominated email
address. Results are sent normally within 30 - 60 seconds
from the completion of the need questionnaire or level
test. Testing can be anonymous to meet union requirements or specific to meet your
requirements.
